A Disaster Recovery Center (DRC), jointly operated by the State of California’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), is open to offer residents affected by the recent wildfires disaster assistance.
Representatives from FEMA, the U.S. Small Business Administration and other state, local and federal agencies will staff the center. Residents living in Shasta County, which was designated under the President’s Aug. 4, 2018 Major Disaster Declaration, now have a place to get their questions answered fact to face.
